1. Introduction

Welcome to Happy Horse 2. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply whenever you access or use the AI image-to-video, text-to-video, and image generation services offered at happyhorse2.video (the "Service"), and using the Service means you accept them. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Happy Horse 2 lets you turn photos or written prompts into short video clips, create still images to animate, work from reference images or a first and last frame, and keep finished work in My Creations. Generations consume credits, and certain features may need an account, a subscription, credits, or a payment. Outputs made without a paid plan may carry a watermark.

Happy Horse 2 is an independent studio and interface that relies on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers. According to the workflow you choose, jobs may be processed by Google Veo 3.1, OpenAI Sora 2, or ByteDance Seedance 1.5 Pro for video, and by engines such as OpenAI GPT Image, Google Nano Banana, or ByteDance Seedream for images. The models on offer, and their names, capabilities, and providers, can change. Model names are trademarks of their respective owners. Except where expressly stated, Happy Horse 2 is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by these providers, and it has no affiliation with Alibaba or Alibaba's HappyHorse model.

Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, surprising, or resemble material produced for other users. It is your job to review any output before you rely on it, publish it, or distribute it.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
• The account and billing information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything done through your account.
• If you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission, tell support@happyhorse2.video without delay.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

Whatever rights you lawfully hold in your prompts, uploaded files, and generated outputs stay with you. You must make sure that your inputs, and the way you use outputs, comply with applicable law and do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights belonging to third parties.

You give Happy Horse 2 and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display your inputs and outputs, solely to the extent required to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service. This license does not give us ownership of your lawful content.

The Service itself, including its software, interface, branding, documentation, and original site content, belongs to Happy Horse 2 or its licensors. Unless the law permits it or we have authorized it in writing, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit the Service.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, Billing, and Cancellation

• Billing authorization: When you buy a subscription or credits, you allow the payment provider displayed at checkout to charge the stated amount, applicable taxes, and any recurring fees disclosed to you.
• Automatic renewal: Recurring subscriptions renew at the close of each billing period unless canceled. You will see the billing interval and price before you buy.
• Cancellation: Cancel through the subscription management portal or the cancellation control offered from the pricing or account area. Canceling ends future renewals and usually takes effect when the current paid period finishes.
• Credits: The number of credits a generation uses depends on the engine or workflow selected. Credits cannot be transferred and may expire as disclosed on the pricing or checkout page.
• Payment processing: Payments may be handled by Waffo Pancake or another payment provider named at checkout. Complete card details are processed by the relevant payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
• Refunds: Our Refund Policy sets out who qualifies and how to ask. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by anything in these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

This section forms the Happy Horse 2 Acceptable Use Policy. It covers prompts, uploaded photos and reference frames, generated videos and images, and any attempt to use or get around the Service.

You must not use the Service to create, edit, upload, request, share, or help bring about:

1. Sexual or NSFW content: Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive material, sexual services, or fetish content. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any sexualized depiction of minors, and the grooming or exploitation of minors are strictly forbidden and handled with zero tolerance.
2. Violent or graphic content: Graphic injuries, gore, torture, glorified violence, terrorism or violent extremism, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, or material meant to threaten or enable physical harm.
3. Hateful or abusive content: Material that attacks, dehumanizes, or harasses people, or that promotes discrimination or violence against them, on the basis of protected characteristics.
4. Deceptive impersonation or deepfakes: Non-consensual intimate imagery, misleading depictions of real people, impersonation, identity fraud, or deepfakes designed to deceive viewers about where they came from or whether they are authentic.
5. Intellectual-property or privacy violations: Material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidential information, or any other proprietary or personal right.
6. Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity: Material that breaks the law, enables scams or phishing, spreads malware, promotes regulated wrongdoing, exploits vulnerable people, or aims to deceive or cause harm.

It is also forbidden to evade safety filters, test or disrupt platform security, automate unauthorized access, scrape outputs at scale, resell access without our permission, or use the Service in breach of applicable law or card-network rules.

7. Content Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

Automated safeguards assess prompts, uploaded images, and generated videos and images. They may include blocklists, automated content-safety filters, and safety controls supplied by our AI service providers. These systems make mistakes, so flagged or reported content may also receive further review.

To report prohibited content, suspected impersonation, a child-safety concern, or infringement, email support@happyhorse2.video using the subject Content Report. Provide the relevant URL or account details, describe the problem, and attach screenshots or other evidence if you have them. Our goal is to acknowledge each report within three business days, and urgent reports about child safety or credible physical harm are handled first.

Depending on how severe the issue is, prior history, and applicable law, we may decline a request, block or take down content, limit features, suspend or close an account, preserve relevant records, or refer suspected illegal conduct to the appropriate authorities. Serious violations involving child exploitation, terrorism, credible threats, fraud, or non-consensual intimate imagery can lead to immediate suspension. You may appeal an enforcement decision by replying to the notice or by contacting support with the relevant context.

8. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share personal data. By using the Service, you understand that prompts, uploaded files, and related request data may be passed to infrastructure, storage, safety, and AI model providers where that is needed to run the workflow you selected.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We offer the Service "as is" and "as available". Engines, features, credit costs, limits, and availability are subject to change. We may alter, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service for reasons of security, reliability, provider compatibility, or legal compliance. We make no promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or that it will produce any particular output.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

As far as the law allows, we disclaim every express or implied warranty, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI outputs. Nothing the Service generates is legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows, Happy Horse 2 and its affiliates, service providers, and personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, that arise from the Service. This does not affect mandatory rights and liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.

12. Suspension and Termination

You are free to stop using the Service whenever you like. We may limit, suspend, or end access if we reasonably believe an account poses a fraud, abuse, security, legal, payment, or policy risk. Requests to close an account or delete personal data are handled in line with the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Service, our providers, or legal requirements change. Revised Terms will appear on this page with the date above updated, and where the law requires it we will give additional notice of material changes. If you keep using the Service after the revised Terms take effect, you accept them.

14. Governing Law

The laws of the place where the Service operator is established govern these Terms, without reducing any mandatory consumer protections available to you. Please get in touch with us first so we can try to settle the matter informally before any formal proceedings begin.
