Need more help?

A credit balance you spend on renders, the video and image engines on the site, downloads, a saved history in My Creations, and a commercial-use license on the plans and packs whose card lists it. Read the Terms of Service for the full scope and limits of that license before a client video or ad goes live.

The price depends on the engine and clip settings, not on the plan. A 4-second 480p Seedance 1.5 Pro clip starts at 40 credits, an 8-second Veo 3.1 Fast clip costs 80, Sora 2 costs 150 for 10 seconds or 250 for 15, and Veo 3.1 Quality costs 700. On 800 credits that works out to about 10 Veo 3.1 Fast clips or about 20 short Seedance takes.

A yearly plan is charged once for twelve months, and the card shows the monthly equivalent. A monthly plan renews each month. Look at the full charge, the credit total and the renewal term on the card before you confirm payment.

A pack is a single payment with no renewal, which suits a one-off happy horse ai image to video project. Pack credits are valid for 1 year from purchase, and the usual account and usage terms still apply. A subscription fits if you render clips every month.

Yes. Open Settings, then Billing, and press Cancel on the active plan. Renewal stops right away, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, so the remaining credits stay usable until then. Cancelling does not refund past charges; the Refund Policy covers when a refund applies.

Credits last as long as the plan or pack that granted them. Monthly plan credits are valid for their 30-day billing period, annual plan credits for 365 days, and one-time pack credits for 1 year from purchase. Whatever is left when that window closes expires, so pick the size that matches how many clips you expect to render.

Yes. Packs are separate one-time purchases, so you can top up at any time on top of a monthly or annual plan. The pack credits join your balance right after checkout and keep their own 1-year validity.

Every annual plan, the monthly Studio and Max plans, and the Professional and Business packs include a commercial license for the clips you publish, and each card says whether it is included. The Terms of Service set out the full scope of that license and the content rules that still apply.

Checkout runs on Stripe, which collects and processes your card details. Happy Horse 2 does not store your card number, and the order and credits only appear on your account once Stripe confirms the payment.

Credits are reserved when a job starts. If the engine errors out and no video comes back, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically, so a failed render costs nothing.
