1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy sets out what information Happy Horse 2 collects when you use the AI image-to-video, text-to-video, and image generation services offered at happyhorse2.video (the "Service"), together with how we use, share, keep, and protect that information.

2. Information We Collect and Process

What we handle depends on the parts of the Service you use, and may include:

  • Account information: your name, email address, sign-in identifiers, profile details, account preferences, and session data.
  • Generation information: text prompts, source photos, reference frames and other uploaded files, the engine and settings you choose, the videos and images produced, job status, the history kept in My Creations, and the time each request was made.
  • Payment and subscription information: your plan, credit balance, order IDs, transaction status, billing email, invoice details, subscription state, and a limited amount of payment metadata. Complete card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser, device and operating-system details, the pages and features you open, request timing, error logs, performance measurements, and signals that help us spot abuse.
  • Communications: support tickets, content reports, privacy requests, feedback, and any other correspondence you exchange with us.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: data that supports sign-in, session handling, security, language or display preferences, analytics, and the essential operation of the product.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used to:

  • Run video and image generation, your account, the My Creations history, subscriptions, and credits
  • Confirm your identity, keep you signed in, and help you get back into your account
  • Pass your prompts and uploads to the engine you selected and return the finished output to you
  • Handle orders, subscriptions, credit balances, invoices, cancellations, and refunds
  • Spot prohibited content, fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Investigate errors, track performance, learn how features are used, and make the Service better
  • Answer support, content, legal, and privacy inquiries
  • Meet our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

Depending on the circumstances, we rely on the following legal bases: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent in cases where the law requires it.

4. AI Inputs, Uploaded Media, and Generated Videos or Images

To complete a generation, we process the prompt, uploaded files, chosen settings, and resulting output. That data may be sent to third-party AI model, infrastructure, storage, and safety providers. According to what you select, video jobs may be handled by Google Veo 3.1, OpenAI Sora 2, or ByteDance Seedance 1.5 Pro, while still images may be produced by engines such as OpenAI GPT Image, Google Nano Banana, ByteDance Seedream, or the other image models listed in the studio.

Please avoid uploading confidential material, or personal data you have no authority to process. Automated moderation may scan prompts, uploaded images, and generated videos and images in order to catch prohibited content and abuse.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Strictly necessary cookies, or comparable browser storage, keep you signed in, protect your account, and make core functions work. We may also use preference and analytics tools to remember your settings, see which features get used, diagnose performance issues, and improve the Service.

Most browsers let you manage cookies directly. Blocking the strictly necessary ones can stop sign-in or other core features from working. Where the law makes consent a condition for non-essential analytics, we ask for that consent before switching those tools on.

6. How We Share Information

Personal information is never sold. We pass on limited information, and only where necessary, to:

  • AI and content-safety providers that process prompts, uploads, and outputs to run the engine you chose or to carry out safety checks
  • Cloud infrastructure and storage providers that host the Service and store uploaded media along with the videos and images you generate
  • Payment providers that handle purchases, subscriptions, refunds, fraud screening, and tax or billing duties, which may include Waffo Pancake or another provider named at checkout
  • Authentication, email, analytics, monitoring, and support providers that help us operate and secure the Service
  • Authorities or other parties when the law or a legal process demands it, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to protect users, rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service
  • A successor organization in the context of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset sale, with suitable safeguards in place

Our service providers may use information solely for the purposes we have contracted them for, and they remain bound by applicable confidentiality and data-protection duties.

7. Data Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to run the Service, preserve your account history, maintain security, settle disputes, enforce our agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.

  • Account and generation data may be kept for as long as your account stays active or history features stay enabled.
  • Uploaded files and generated videos and images may remain reachable through My Creations or in the storage needed to deliver the Service.
  • Billing and transaction records may be kept for whatever period tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution laws demand.
  • Security logs and support records may be kept for a reasonable period that reflects operational and legal needs.

Once we have verified a deletion or account-closure request, eligible personal data is erased or de-identified within 30 calendar days. Copies can persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before the routine deletion cycle removes them. Limited records may be held for longer where that is needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, chargebacks, dispute resolution, or the protection of legal rights.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be entitled to:

  • Find out which categories of personal data we collect, use, and share
  • See your personal data or obtain a copy of it
  • Have inaccurate or incomplete account details corrected
  • Ask us to erase eligible personal data and close your account
  • Limit, or object to, certain types of processing
  • Get certain information in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Take back your consent where processing is founded on it
  • Stop marketing messages, if we send any, while still receiving billing and security notices you need
  • Lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live

How to exercise your rights

Write to support@happyhorse2.video from the email address linked to your account, putting Privacy Request or Account Deletion Request in the subject line. Tell us which action you are asking for (access, correction, export, restriction, objection, account closure, or deletion) and which account or data it concerns.

To guard against unauthorized disclosure or deletion, we may ask you for reasonable details that confirm your identity. Eligible requests are acknowledged and completed within 30 calendar days. If the law allows additional time for a complex request, we will explain why and give you an expected completion date. Some profile details can also be edited directly in your account settings.

Closing an account or erasing eligible personal data does not require us to erase transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute records that the law obliges us to keep, or that we hold to legitimately protect the Service and its users.

9. International Data Transfers

The Service and its providers may handle your information in countries other than the one you live in. When required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, for example contractual commitments, recognized adequacy mechanisms, and access controls.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, among them encrypted connections, access restrictions, credential protection, logging, and, where suitable, content-safety and abuse-prevention controls. No service on the internet can promise perfect security.

If we discover a personal-data incident that the law requires us to report, we will inform affected users and the relevant authorities within the timeframe the law sets.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under 13. You must also satisfy any higher minimum age imposed by the laws that apply to you. If you think a child has given us personal information, let us know so we can look into it and delete eligible data.

Parts of the Service may link to, or integrate with, services operated by third parties. Those services follow their own privacy policies, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to information they gather on their own account.

13. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be revised as the Service, our providers, or legal requirements evolve. Any new version will be published on this page with the date at the top changed, and where the law calls for it we will give extra notice of material changes.

14. Contact Information
